Claudette is turning 90. And that calls for a celebration. Or does it? Claudette is tired of being alone for days on end, of eating soup every day and always sitting on the sofa. She longs to feel alive again. Fortunately, she can count on her grandson who, juggling on roller skates, brings meaning back into her life.
Claudette is a delightful tribute to wrinkles filled with wisdom and experience. An ode to a whole generation of grandmothers and an ode to intergenerational bonds.
This original street theatre performance is both poetic and funny. It has won many international awards (including Best Show Award – Umore Azoka 2024 and Best Performance Award – TAC de Valladolid 2024) and has been touring the world for the past three years.
