Who fails best? The contestants pull out all the stops. A quest for beauty in the ugly. Because what one person considers tasteless, another finds absolutely beautiful. Together with the audience, the performance explores what is actually meant by the word ‘success’. Who decides what is cool or beautiful, and why? Who decides whether something is Art, or whether it should go straight in the bin? Could you perhaps look at it differently? Don’t we care far too much about other people’s judgements?
Diarree is mijn lievelingskleur playfully combines explosive theatre with puppetry, sculpture, action painting and music. Oh shit, this smells like Art!
