cancellations
exchange
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless hetpaleis has to cancel the performance.
Can’t make it after all? Make a friend or family member happy by giving them your ticket. Tickets can also be sold via TicketSwap. You can use TicketSwap if you have too many tickets.
latecomers
- make sure to arrive on time: once the performance has started, the auditorium doors remain closed
- tickets will neither be exchanged nor refunded, unless hetpaleis has to cancel the performance.
minimum age
A minimum age is given for each performance. A 6+ performance, for example, is suitable for everyone aged 6 and over. This means everyone, so older children, teenagers and adults too. The minimum age, which is set in consultation with the creators, is therefore only a lower limit. We ask you to respect this limit. Children who are too young may be refused entry to the auditorium.
Would you like to come to an afternoon performance at hetpaleis, but you have children who are too young or a baby? No problem. Just let us know in advance and bring them along to hetpaleis. We’ll be happy to provide childcare during the performance.
workshops
Do you want to cancel your booking? Read the terms and conditions here.
We ask you to choose one camp per holiday, so that everyone gets a chance to take part.
Is there before- and after-care?
For workshops during the school holidays, hetpaleis provides before- and after-care. Before-care from 09:00, after-care until 17:00.
Can my health insurance fund contribute financially?
The various health insurance funds also provide financial assistance for camps. Check your health insurance fund’s website for the latest information; bring the correct form with you and a member of the info & tickets team will be happy to fill it in for you.
The workshop is fully booked, now what?
You can join the waiting list for any workshop. We’ll contact you if places become available.
Sign up for the newsletter of hetpaleis or follow us on social media for the latest updates.
Or take a look at the Vakantiekiezer holiday guide. There you’ll find all the activities on offer in Antwerp during school holidays gathered in a single overview. This way, you can quickly and easily find a fun day out, themed week or playground activity. Use the filters to get a personalised overview.
Can I cancel a workshop?
The range of workshops on offer at hetpaleis means there’s something for everyone. Sometimes, therefore, demand exceeds the number of places available. That is why we ask you to check your diary carefully when registering. Payments must be made within 10 days; after that, your places will be released.
Do you still want to cancel your registration? You can do so free of charge up to 30 days before the workshop starts. Cancellations after this deadline will not be refunded. Summer workshops can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 June.
If the workshop is fully booked, we’ll be happy to put you on the waiting list. We’ll then contact you if a place becomes available.
Each workshop (series) is tailored to the participant. So check the given age limits carefully. Are you a little too young or too old for the workshop? Then we’ll be happy to welcome you to another activity at hetpaleis. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you do not meet the age limits.
